We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Analytical QC to lead the analytical quality control function at Leading Pharma facility. The role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end laboratory compliance, driving analytical excellence, managing a senior QC team, and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant release of all quality control data for raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples.
Experience Range
15 to 18 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control (Analytical)
Strong experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments (USFDA / EU / WHO preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end QC Analytical lab leadership
- OOS / OOT / Deviation investigations and CAPA management
- Regulatory audit handling (USFDA / EU / WHO)
- Instrumentation oversight (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.)
- Team leadership and capability building
- Data integrity compliance (ALCOA+)
- Cross-functional coordination with QA & Production
